A record of service

Together, We Can Do More!

Ahmed's leadership philosophy is grounded in one belief: union leadership must translate into real value for members.

Effective representation requires more than making demands. It requires leaders who can listen to members, understand the issues, engage Management intelligently, negotiate from a position of knowledge, stand firm when necessary and deliver measurable outcomes.

His experience in both professional leadership and union activities gives him a clear perspective on balancing employee welfare, institutional sustainability and productive Management–Staff relations.

He is seeking to serve as Chairman because he believes the Branch can achieve more through united, purposeful and results-oriented leadership — and that every member deserves to be heard, treated fairly and represented with courage, competence and integrity.
